Welcome to the Pressura store! "We" as mentioned in these terms refers to Pressura. Pressura maintains this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience ("Services"). Pressura operates on Shopify technology, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Pressura may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after the order has been accepted. If we do not accept an order, if we make changes to it, or if we cancel it, we will attempt to notify you by contacting you using the email address, billing address, or phone number you provided at the time of the order.

You represent and warrant that your purchase is intended for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. SECTION 5 – SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES

We are not responsible for delays in shipments and deliveries. All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the actions of the carrier, customs procedures, or other events beyond our control. Once we hand over the products to the shipping service, title and risk of loss pass to you.

The Pressura store names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Pressura store or its partners or licensors. You may not use these trademarks without the prior written permission of Pressura. The Shopify name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans appearing in the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

As part of the Services, you may be given access to customer tools provided by third parties that we do not monitor and over which we have no control whatsoever.

Pressura uses Shopify's services so that we can provide the Services to you. However, the other party in all purchases you make in our store is directly Pressura. By using the Services, you agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transactions between you and Pressura, including injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the products or services purchased. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with the Pressura store.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRESSURA, OUR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, SUBSIDIARIES, AGENTS, SUBCONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS, OR THE CORRESPONDING PARTIES OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, CLAIMS, OR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOST DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES OR ANY OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Pressura store, Shopify, and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, subcontractors, licensors, and service providers in respect of losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your (1) breach of these Terms of Service or the documents incorporated by reference herein, (2) violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) use of these Services.

We will notify you of indemnification claims, provided that failure to provide prompt notice will not relieve you of your obligations unless you suffer material prejudice. We may control the defense and settlement of any such claim at your expense, including the selection of counsel, but we will not settle any claim that requires non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld).
